Rick has over 28 years of banking & financial services experience. He also brings decades of leadership and business experience having served in senior positions at both for-profit and non-profit entities. Rick worked with Principal® from 2009 to 2017 as a Financial Representative. He left briefly in 2017 to serve his community as the President & CEO of the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce for two years and returned to Principal. 

Rick was Chairman of the Board for the Campo Family YMCA (2016), a member of the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (2016-2017), Chairman for Leadership Brandon (2017), Co-chair of Leadership Brandon (2016), a member of the Pastoral Advisory Committee for Nativity Catholic Church (2012-2016) and a member of the Diocesan Catholic Committee for Scouting (2012-2017). He also served seven years as Chairman of Boy Scout Troop 89.

FAMILY:

Rick and his wife, Edie, have been married for over 28 years and have two children. Jake, is a graduate of the Burnett Honors College at the University of Central Florida where he earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration. He previously graduated Summa Cum Laude from Jesuit High School where he played varsity football and was captain of the Track & Field Team. Dylan, currently attends Florida Atlantic University. Both boys earned their Black Belts in Mixed Martial Arts and followed in their dad's footsteps by earning their Eagle Rank in the Boy Scouts of America.
